MONOLITHIC CONCRETING
Building of facilities using the technology of monolithic concreting is widely used both in industrial and civil construction.
The main primary properties of monolithic concreting are the following:
- high solidity of the foundations and framework of the buildings, aseismic stability;
- freedom of architectural solutions;
- widespread possibilities of internal layout.
For monolithic concreting the company has the following:
- special formwork Faresin, Italy in the quantity of 10 000 m2 allowing to fulfill the work of any level of complexity;
- autoconcrete pump «Iveco», «Schwing», «Daewoo» with productivity of concrete feeding up to 130m3 per hour;
- concrete pumps on the base of vehicles “KamAZ” and “Iveco” with capacity of bulb 5m3 and 9m3.
Automated line with software “Shnell”, Italy which allows to fulfill any kind of works with reinforcement from 6 mm diameter up to 40 mm diameter.
